Terms for using the valley

1. The team behind the valley

These terms govern your use of dinodawnvalley.com ("Dino Dawn Valley", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of dinodawnvalley.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Minimum age

You must be aged 19 or over to use Dino Dawn Valley. Using the site confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. What coins are

• Every game is played with virtual coins that cost nothing.
• Coins have no monetary value. They are not money, not credit and not property.
• Coins can be neither purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. No in-app purchases are available.
• There is no prize of real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features are subject to adjustment or reset by us at any time.

4. No real-money gambling, full stop

Dino Dawn Valley does not offer real-money gambling, does not promote it and does not link to any gambling operator.

5. Your account, your rules to follow

• Some worlds need a free account. Keep to one account per person and do not share yours.
• Do not give your password to anyone. If someone else has used your account, tell us immediately.
• Deleting your account is possible at any moment on your account page. It happens immediately and is irreversible.
• Should an account be used to disrupt the site, or should we believe its holder is under 19, we may suspend it.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account rather than being your property, and they can be reset.

6. Behaviour on the site

No attempts to disrupt the site, no automated tools aimed at it, no offers to trade coins, and no use by anyone under 19.

7. Site availability and liability

The site comes “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited, and they leave your statutory rights unaffected.

8. Laws that govern these terms

Governing law: the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
